We can't say enough how much John Colvin has helped us with our bathroom remodel projects. I had John replace my roof shingles and gutters. Ended up needing to replace the plywood base too. He went over everything with me before doing any work. No surprises in the final bill. Actually had a bit less to pay because there was some leftover plywood and shingles. He remove the cost of those pieces from the final payment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️First I would like to say that I had more than one project that needed to be done and I had a small window for those to be completed. John was very easy to work with and took into consideration of my timeline and completed the projecrs very promptly. He and his team were pleasant, easy to work with and listened to what I wanted done and was "on top of it". In fact, they began the interior work just 2 days after John and I met and was able to agree on the cost, which wasn't hard because I know first hand what the cost could've been and he was much lower than I anticipated. I am very pleased with the projects ⭐️ that I needed done and finished before my deadline. All of them are "good old fashioned" hard workers which you see very little of these days. They arrived before 8:00 AM and was there until at least 5:00 PM for the interior work I needed finished and at least 8:00 PM for the roofing project. The only breaks I saw them take were to eat lunch. The roofing project was much more involved than anticipated but that did not stop them from getting the job done in two days as promised. They all do very good and quality work in a short period of time and a very reasonable price. I am sure that I would not have found anyone that would've been able to meet my needs and still not charged me a ridiculous price nor charge me a lot more for the extra work and long hours. Should anyone ask me who I would recommend, for what ever the project might be from interior remodeling, siding, deck construction to roofing, my response would be to use John Colvin Home Improvement LLC.😃 See more See less
