I can't say enough qood things about this team! John Colvin and his workers enclosed my porch and qave me my dream of having a season room. They did an amazing, detailed job! They always cleaned up after working, and I feel so confident that evervthing was done CORRECTLY and with pride! John was very professional and thorough. I am so thrilled with their work! I have had other work done in our home and something was always wrong, delayed or poor craftsmanship. I never stressed or worried when I checked out their progress at the end of the day. I 100% recommend John and his team for all projects! Thank you guys so much!

We needed two oddly sized insulated doors for our attic access where we currently just had screwed panels. Mr. Colvin was able to find someone to manufacture the doors, and installed them. The doors turned out great! Him and his team were very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to do any home improvement projects you may have. If we decide to do anymore improvements we will call them First!

I have had John and his crew do several projects from, backsplash with a pot filer, walk in shower and French Doors. He is the only contractor that will ever touch our house!

I would highly recommend this company they did quality work! John and his crew worked on my kitchen installing new subfloors, laminate flooring, and bottom cabinets. I couldn’t be happier with the work they in the kitchen. They were timely, respectful, detailed, and friendly. Progress was communicated and explained throughout the project.

We can't say enough how much John Colvin has helped us with our bathroom remodel projects. Not only did he recommend high quality products, he answered questions, gave suggestions, and was quick to respond- ALL before the work even began! His crew did a great job installing our shower, and repaired all the drywall to be paint ready. Then even installed our bathroom mirror and helped us fix install errors from previous contractors. I mostly appreciated John's honesty and communication! He is truly committed to having things done the right way in a cost effective manner. Can't say thank you enough!

John came out right away to give me estimates on different projects I wanted done. Has been awesome to work with and can’t say enough about the whole crew and the pride they take in their work! So far they did the siding on the house and made a front porch to die for. I told him I wanted a covered porch and he delivered above and beyond my dreams! I would recommend him to anybody! If anyone needs me I will be on my porch.

I had John replace my roof shingles and gutters. Ended up needing to replace the plywood base too. He went over everything with me before doing any work. No surprises in the final bill. Actually had a bit less to pay because there was some leftover plywood and shingles. He remove the cost of those pieces from the final payment. Excellent work, honest, conscientious and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️First I would like to say that I had more than one project that needed to be done and I had a small window for those to be completed. John was very easy to work with and took into consideration of my timeline and completed the projecrs very promptly. He and his team were pleasant, easy to work with and listened to what I wanted done and was "on top of it". In fact, they began the interior work just 2 days after John and I met and was able to agree on the cost, which wasn't hard because I know first hand what the cost could've been and he was much lower than I anticipated. I am very pleased with the projects ⭐️ that I needed done and finished before my deadline. All of them are "good old fashioned" hard workers which you see very little of these days. They arrived before 8:00 AM and was there until at least 5:00 PM for the interior work I needed finished and at least 8:00 PM for the roofing project. The only breaks I saw them take were to eat lunch. The roofing project was much more involved than anticipated but that did not stop them from getting the job done in two days as promised. They all do very good and quality work in a short period of time and a very reasonable price. I am sure that I would not have found anyone that would've been able to meet my needs and still not charged me a ridiculous price nor charge me a lot more for the extra work and long hours. Should anyone ask me who I would recommend, for what ever the project might be from interior remodeling, siding, deck construction to roofing, my response would be to use John Colvin Home Improvement LLC.😃

Had John and his team rebuild front porch and replace deck in the back of home. The work they completed was superb. Will use them again if I need any other home improvements done. Thank you!
